Not all that long ago, in a galaxy.....that you are currently in; a tech loving, art addicted, geek culture aficionado by the name of CBot spoke into the night and Fluxray was born. The idea for Fluxray was spawned from the blogger account "Not The Droids You Are Looking For" and was established as a celebration of Geekdom Come. After only months, Blogger could no longer contain what has now become Fluxray.com.

For far too long we fanboys and fangirls have felt as though we should be ashamed for being passionate about our hobbies and interests. We were told we should deny our intellectual prowess and, instead, squeeze ourselves into archaic molds of what was considered "cool" and "sexy".

Well, geek has become the new cool and smart has become the new sexy. Comic book movies have become multi million dollar franchise power houses. The video game industry is out pacing nearly every other entertainment industry in America. The technology that the short sighted meat heads once told us were "just a fad" is now integrated into every aspect of modern life. This is what we mean by Geekdom has come!

Fluxray is not a place where we pretend to feed into the geek cliche stereotype. It's a place to be proud of who we are. Intellectuals, creators, pioneers, ahead of the curve, nerds......we, as a community, have set the new definition of what awesome is.

With that said, Fluxray is a site geared for a more mature audience and it's content may not be suitable for all audiences. But since we live in a free country we will allow you to make that choice.
